General
- Flowers may be delivered in bud to prolong their life and prevent transit damage.
- All products shown are subject to availability.
- To ensure the best quality is supplied, we reserve the right to substitute flowers within a bouquet of equal or greater value.
- We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
- Flowers should not be eaten and please note that any additional edible products may contain nuts or nut oil.
- Some products include lilies. Their pollen may stain and can be harmful to pets if eaten
- Hand tied bouquets are carefully arranged by the florist so they can be placed straight into a vase on arrival for display.
- Prices apply from July 1st 2008 and include UK delivery (to most postcodes)
- Due to seasonal variations or supply difficulties we may require to substitute goods or packaging of equal or greater quality and value. Blooms ltd reserves the right to make this substitution and every effort will be made to contact the customer with details.
- We will send a gift card with your order with your own personal message
- We are so confident in the quality of the flower stems that our florists use that we offer a 7-Day Freshness Guarantee! All that we ask is that you follow our care-tips to ensure that you get the most enjoyment from your beautiful floral gift.
- Some flowers may arrive with discoloured outer petals. These are guard petals which protect the flower whilst in bud / transit. Don’t worry, your flower is not dead; once the bud opens the guard petals will be obscured.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is of the highest importance to us. Your personal details will never be released to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes.
When you make a purchase from our website, we collect certain personal information from you (for example: your name, email address, payment address and details). All such information is held on secure servers and we will treat all your personal information as fully confidential.
In order to serve you most efficiently, reputable third-party banking and distribution institutions handle our credit card transactions and order fulfilment. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment and to process your order. All such organisations are under strict obligation.
To Change or cancel an order or to make a complaint
If you wish to change or cancel an order or in the unlikely event that you need to maker a complaint then please contact our Customer Service team on 0800 2984688 any time between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand. You can contact us out of hours by email at orders@bloomsltd.co.uk
You must inform us immediately if an order is to be cancelled and there may be a cancellation fee for short notice. The exception to this is within the 5 working days immediately prior to Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, when we regret we are unable to accept amendments or cancellations.
