Delivery Details

  1. Our bouquets and plants are delivered by our courier service to any Mainland UK address.
  2. Delivery is free to most UK postcodes. (See delivery exceptions below)
  3. To guarantee the exact day for delivery we recommend that you order in advance. (Usually 5 days)
  4. For next day delivery please order by mid-day the previous working day (Saturday for Monday delivery), conditional on date being available.
  5. We deliver between 8am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If you require a Saturday delivery there may be an additional charge. Please contact us for details. Sorry but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
  6. If you need to track your order or if your order hasn’t arrived within the time stated above please phone our customer services team on 0800 298 4688.

Delivery exceptions

If the delivery address is in the Highland areas of Scotland please check availibility for free delivery. For some Highland postcodes there will be an £8.00 delivery charge.

Below are some examples of postcodes where there may be a delivery charge.
AB3-5, 30-39, 41-45, 51-56; all BT; CA 18-19, DD6-11, FK14-21, G63; all GY, HS1-9, all JE; LA11, 18-21; all IM; IV1-28, 30-36, 40-49, 51-56, 63; KA27-28, KW1-17; PA20-50, 60-78, 80-88; PH10-26, 30-44, 49, 50; TR21-25; all ZE.
